NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
- Business After Hours: These are casual events for members to meet, mingle and promote their businesses.
- M2M (Member-to-Member Discount Program): promotes shopping locally, especially within the Chamber's membership.
- Committee Involvement: Chamber members are encouraged to join committees to promote both the Chamber and their businesses.
- Annual Fundraising Events: Yet another way to assist in funding the Chamber as you network with fellow Chamber members.
PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
- Membership Resource Guide: This annual publication lists members alphabetically and categorically. Members are given the opportunity to place advertisements at a reasonable price.
- Newsletters: Newsletters are mailed out every other month to Chamber members to keep them abreast of Chamber happenings.
- Event Sponsorship: Members are given an opportunity to promote their businesses while helping make events successful.

- Roger Williams University Programs and Publications: The East Bay Chamber of Commerce works closely with RWU, its students, staff and faculty to promote Chamber businesses.
- Visitor Information Center: The East Bay Chamber displays many brochures in its office. Members are welcome to drop off brochures for visitors to take home.
- Newcomer & Visitor Packets: The East Bay Chamber of Commerce and East Bay Tourism Council frequently fulfills requests for local information by including publications which promote the area and local businesses.
- Newcomer Lists: Lists of individuals looking to relocate to the East Bay are available to Chamber members.
- Chamber Referrals by Phone: When called on by individuals seeking goods and services in the East Bay, the Chamber only refers Chamber members

- SCORE: This is a free resource for individuals seeking counseling regarding a new and existing business.
- RI Small Business Development Center: This is a free resource for those seeking counseling for new and existing businesses. RISBDC works cooperatively with the USSBDC and other organizations
- Center for Women & Enterprise: This resource offers many educational opportunities for businesswomen at all stages of business development.
- Demographics: Both state and local are available.
- Referral to Local, State and Federal Business Development Programs: The Chamber can assist you if you need any referrals to assist your new or existing business.
- Local, State and Federal Legislative Tracking & Lobbying: The Chamber employs a lobbyist to act on behalf of the Chamber for the betterment of the East Bay Chamber and its membership.
- Seminars and Workshops: The Chamber offers various training seminars to promote personal and professional growth.
- Brochure Development: The Chamber can help you develop a brochure to promote your business.
- Location/Relocation Assistance: The Chamber assists you in finding a new location for your business.
- Manufacturers' Wage and Benefit Survey: This Rhode Island publication is available to you.
- Publications: "Business Record Retention Guide", "Choosing a Form of Business Set-Up", "Setting Up a Business in RI" - These publications are free and designed to assist new and existing businesses.
TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
- Tourism Brochure Development: The Chamber can assist you in creating a brochure to promote your business.
- Brochure Distribution: The Chamber will display your brochures at the Chamber office and at appropriate events.
- Visitor Packets: In response to requests, the Chamber mails out packets to future East Bay visitors.
- Bristol County Map: A street map of the East Bay is available to members, visitors and area residents.
- Statewide Promotions: East Bay Tourism Council works in cooperation with Rhode Island Tourism to promote the region and the state.
- East Bay Group Tour Itineraries: East Bay Tourism Council has assembled sample group tour itineraries which encompass the entire region for presentation to group tour planners.
- East Bay Tourism Inventory Catalog: EBTC has gathered an inventory of points of interest, special event sites, dining, and accommodations in the East Bay.

- Solicitation Control Program: The Chamber can verify the credibility of a business if there is concern regarding the validity of that company.
